Jameson Standard

The best selling Irish Whiskey in the world today. It is aged between 5 and 7 years in both sherry and bourbon casks. It is a very smooth and mellow whiskey.

Jameson 12 Year Special Reserve

The most popular Jameson aged whiskey. It is aged a minimum of 12 years in both sherry and bourbon casks. On the nose you pick up more spicy and warm flavors. On the taste you get more sherry richness, nutty flavors and also some mild woody undertones.

Jameson Gold Reserve

A unique blend of three whiskeys. One of the whiskeys has been matured in a bourbon cask, one has been matured in a sherry cask and one has been matured in a brand new oak wood barrel. The flavors you get with Jameson Gold Reserve are more honey, creamy, slightly sweeter flavors. You also get a little spice in there with a peppery finish to it. It has a very long lingering finish.

Jameson 18 Year Limited Reserve

The master blender's hand-picked selection of very old Jameson whiskeys. It is aged for 18 years primarily in sherry casks, and it is then switched to first-fill bourbon casks for a final 18 months to three years. On the nose of Jameson 18 you pick up wood, spice and toffee. The taste is very mellow, very smooth with a sherry nuttiness and fudge and toffee flavors. It has a lingering finish which carries wood, spice and toffee flavors throughout.

Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve

This was created by the four masters of the Jameson distillery and mcontains some of Jameson's oldest and rarest whiskeys. The unique factors are that it is 92% proof, it's bottled without the use of chilled filtration, and it is partially matured in port casks. The nose picks up the ripe fruit notes of melon, banana and plum with are characteristics of the port casks. The taste is of mellow sweetness and toasted wood, which is also complemented by the fruit richness and there is a touch of creamy, dairy fudge and dark chocolate flavors.

Bushmills Original

Blended Irish Whiskey. A blend of triple distilled malt whiskey with a lighter Irish grain whiskey aged for 5-6 years in bourbon and sherry casks. A gentle whiskey with a rich, warming taste of fresh fruit, vanilla and honey. Serve mixed with cola, soda, or ginger ale or on the rocks.

Bushmills Black Bush

Blended Irish Whiskey. Aged in mainly sherry casks. A deep amber tone, dried fruit aromas, and intense character. Serve mixed with cola, soda, or ginger ale or on the rocks.

Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt

Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks. Sweet start with gentle fruit. Long finish with hints of toffee and spice. Served neat or on the rocks.

Bushmills 16 Year Single Malt

Rare Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Aged for a minimum of 16 years in bourbon and sherry casks, finished in port wine barrels. Distinct malt, with a fullness of depth and flavor rarely found. Complex blend of honey, nutty malt, and sweet port. Served neat or on the rocks.

Bushmills 21 Year Single Malt

Extremely Rare Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Only a very limited number of bottles are available each year. It is matured in three different types of casks. The whiskey is first aged in American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for 19 years or more. The malt whiskey is then vatted and married for another 2 years in Madeira drums. Sweet, complex with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and toffee. Served neat or on the rocks.

Michael Collins Irish Whiskey

A combination of malted barley, double distilled in pot stills and column distilled maize whiskeys. Aged for a minimum of 4 years to over 12 years in small oak casks. The blend has an aroma of honey, citrus and malt notes while the taste is clean, honey sweet with a fresh oak finish. Enjoy is on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Michael Collins Single Malt

Double distilled in pot stills from malted barley, some of which is dried over peat fires. Aged in specially selected oak casks for a minimum of 8 to over 12 years. The single malt is well-rounded with a clean, malty, sweet citrus taste and wonderfully settled smoky flavor from the peat that lingers on the palate. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

John L. Sullivan

John L. Sullivan Irish whiskey is a small batch blend of single grain and single malt whiskeys, aged 4 to 10 years in Single Use Bourbon Barrels. It consists of only the finest, individually selected barrels, pulled for their unique character detected during the aging process. John L. Sullivan is smooth, yet at the same time rich, complex & balanced. It is layered with hints of oak, vanilla, spice, citrus, malt, and honey.

Knappogue Castle 12 Year

John Powers Irish Whiskey

A full flavored classic Irish whiskey. Its flavors are clear, distinctive, and never boring. The taste is a combination of spicy pot-still whiskey and pleasant sweetish, toasted wood notes.

Redbreast 12 Year

Redbreast is a very special single unblended whiskey. It's the only pure pot-still Irish Whiskey. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of old Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and fresh American bourbon whiskey barrels. The flavors are a complex blending of spicy, perfumy, sherry notes, with a toasted wood finish.

Redbreast 15 Year

Redbreast is a special unblended whiskey distilled from malted and unmalted barley in traditional copper pot stills. Redbreast 15 is distinct from Redbreast 12 year old in that it is bottled at a strength of 46% and is not chill filtered Redbreast has notes of sherry with a spicy and fruity taste all the way through.

Clontarf

A light honey and butterscotch spirit that goes down with minimal fuss. The finish is short, with a toffee-like dessert quality, but not overwhelmingly sweet.
